I need help. Where do I start?
Whether you are looking for help with hair loss, skin issues, or signs of photoaging, the first step before starting a treatment plan is to schedule a consultation appointment with Dr. Rawal. The consultation appointment allows Dr. Rawal to make individualized recommendations and ensure you are on the most optimal treatment course. At the beginning of your consultation appointment, we will take photos that will act as a baseline to measure progress. Dr. Rawal will then review your medical history and perform a thorough exam, which may include a microscope exam of your scalp. She will also speak with you about your goals for both the short- and longer term. Together, you and Dr. Rawal will come up with a treatment plan that can help you achieve your hair restoration or skin rejuvenation goals within your desired time frame and budget.

Please remember that you will be charged a non-refundable $100 consultation fee for the time spent with Dr. Rawal. This fee will be collected at the time of booking, by credit card, in order to reserve your appointment. Your first follow-up visit, completed within 12 months of your initial appointment, is also included in this initial $100 consultation, and all follow-up appointments thereafter require a $50 fee, also collected at the time of their booking, unless it has been greater than 18 months since your last appointment, at which point the appointment will need to be scheduled as a new consultation and will incur a $100 fee. Should you need to reschedule, we require a cancellation notice greater than 24 hours prior to your appointment time. "No-shows" and late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the booking fee for that appointment.
***Please note that we DO NOT ACCEPT INSURANCE PAYMENTS. Should you desire to have your insurance involved, you will be required to complete all payments personally prior to the time of appointment/procedure, and a one-time diagnosis/procedure code will be provided to you for submission to your insurance so they can reimburse you directly. Any additional communications in this endeavor will incur a charge of $25 per communication, whether verbal or written.***
Patient Portal registration and initial patient paperwork will need to be completed prior to your appointment, in order to avoid delays during your visit. Flash and/or video photography are not permitted during any part of your consultation visit or treatment(s). If you would like copies of the photographs taken by Dr. Rawal or her staff during your visit, we will ask you to submit a photo request and release form and will be happy to send them through your Patient Portal.
